Nah Noble has had a handful of above average games.....how many MOTM performances?

Noble has been poor for the past 3 games had an ok 30 mins against Villa.


Song hasn't been up to his high standards just yet but he's been out for nearly a year. Obiang has been impressive everytime he's played, Kouyate has been our best MF this season.

Look let's be honest Norf, you CANNOT have Noble and Song playing on each others toes like they do inviting pressure. Nobles lack of ability when under pressure is a massive hindrance for us as he puts our CB'S under pressure with the easy way out all the fucking time.......plus if he isn't getting time on the ball further up the pitch he drops deeper and deeper.

Don't get me wrong he can do a job for us but he is definitely not an automatic starter.....no fucking way.


Bilic has a lot to answer for I think with his lack of willingness to change things if it ain't working. Also with him obviously setting us up as a side soaking up pressure and trying to hit on the break......teams know this now and just play with a high line and pin us in........a slow start and a goal down and we are chasing the game something we don't appear to be great at.

Been good in the last few games.....was our best midfielder yesterday probably our best player against villa played very well against city
Song on the other hand was rubbish against Liverpool rubbish against villa and rubbish yesterday he did play well against city though.....
Not sure why you'd want to pick a player playing poorly over a player playing well.........unless admitting that makes you look a bit silly comes into it

One loss doesn't make us a bad team. Look at Arsenal...they're on a terrible run.

Human beings in performance sports by nature are inconsistent. That's why there is such a thing as form.

We're not a bad team suddenly, or mediocre. We're not top 2 either. We've shown in our game we're a match for anyone.

There's some real over reaction to yesterday's performance.

Southampton are right in their game at the top of the form table at the moment, were at home with a full strength side. Have kept 4 clean sheets in a row before us. Give them some credit.

It's seems to many on here if we lose we're "shit" and if we win we're gonna gatecrash Champions League. Be real...we're a very good side... The best we've been in my life time (36 years) and it's a great time to be a fan.

Please...get some perspective.

Byram and Cresswell more than capable of getting up and down the pitch to give us width......plenty of movement and pace up top for Payet to exploit and a decent bench to change things if needed.

When Lanzini is back he is more than capable of jumping in Obiangs shoes and linking up with Payet.

I think we have struggled to get consistency this year as the key injuries have made our team chop and change a lot.
Really struggled up front with Sakho out. You know where you can play the ball forward and he will get to it. We don't seem to have the bite and flow to our game. Nobody seems to know where others on the pitch will run.

Contrast to Leicester who always know where the runners will be, what areas of the pitch they be be heading for and even do flicks and tricks as they know someone will be there.

Until we get our best team fit and training together, I think we will look disjointed and make mistakes like the one which led to the goal yesterday. We have good players but they need more time to play together and understand each others game.
